Our initial consultation will let you see how we work. After discussing your vision, offering our ideas and suggestions, and reviewing a preliminary budget, we then give you the time to determine if we are a good fit to move forward with your vision. Some clients come to us with architectural plans in hand, others with photos and rough sketches, and still some with just a wish list of their future space. We are comfortable with all of these scenarios.
We can recommend an architect to design custom plans or you can review some of our standard plans and use them as a starting point. Once you have determined what type of plan fulfills your architectural vision, we can prepare different levels of budgets based on how detailed the specifics. The more specific we can get at this stage, the tighter the estimate. We will also talk about your schedule and give you an honest assessment as to how we can realize your project as it fits in with our existing projects.
If we both agree on costs and timing, we will draw up a detailed contract and discuss how your project will be financed. If we stick to the original contracted items, we will more than likely come in on time and on budget. We realize at Sullivan Homes Inc, as a vision becomes reality, the scope of a project can change. We will discuss these changes and outline how they will impact the cost and a completion date. We are happy to incorporate these changes.
